Affiliate Program
YourLabWork partners with health coaches, nurses, nutritionists, personal trainers, and wellness practitioners to give their clients direct access to advanced lab testing — and to earn commission on every order they refer. The program is free to join. There are no startup fees and no maintenance fees.
Commission tiers
Every affiliate starts at the Standard tier and moves up automatically.
Standard — 10%
10% on eligible tests and panels. This is the rate you receive as soon as your application is approved, along with access to all of our free affiliate materials: social content, media, and monthly emails you can share with your clients or audience.
Plus — 15%
15% on eligible tests and panels, applied automatically once you reach $1,000 in referred sales — typically around 5 to 10 orders. At this tier we also build you a free dedicated page on our site featuring your photo, bio, and recommended tests.
Premium — 20%
20% on eligible tests and panels, applied automatically after you complete the Lab & Learn Masterclass hosted by Dr. Alan Hopkins. Premium affiliates also receive our lab test cheat sheet, which covers each test and its optimal ranges, plus an on-demand group lab review with Dr. Hopkins.
Functional medicine test kits earn 5%
Functional medicine test kits pay 5% at every tier. These are the specialty collection kits we source from outside laboratories — GI-MAP, DUTCH, the Genova and Mosaic profiles, food sensitivity panels, and similar tests. The price we pay is set by the laboratory that produces each kit, so the margin is much narrower than on our own blood panels, and the commission rate reflects that.
What is not eligible for commission
A small number of items are excluded from the affiliate program: sale-priced products, limited-time promotional offers, and our discounted multi-test bundles. These are already priced at or near our own cost, so there is no margin left to share. Everything else in our catalog earns your full tier rate, and your affiliate dashboard always shows exactly what was credited on each order.
How referrals are tracked
Once you are approved, you will have your own affiliate dashboard where you can manage your links and coupon codes. Any purchase made through your link or code is credited to you. Your link also sets a 7-day cookie, so if someone visits today and orders later that week, you still earn the commission. If a client orders without using your link, contact our support team and we can usually credit the order to you manually.
How and when you get paid
Commissions are paid directly through PayPal, to the payment email on your affiliate account, on a monthly schedule. We only count commission on orders that have been fulfilled, because lab orders are occasionally left unclaimed by the customer, and fulfillment can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks after a sale. A recent order may therefore appear in your dashboard before it becomes payable.
Who can join
The affiliate program is open to health coaches, nurses, nutritionists, personal trainers, wellness partners, and other practitioners who want to offer their clients and audience access to lab testing at significant savings. Physicians are not eligible to register as affiliates.
